Short version: we collect the details you submit so we can answer your enquiry. When you request prices, a shortlist, or an introduction, we may share those details with selected developers or agencies, which may contact you. We may receive a referral or lead fee. We do not publish your details or provide contact lists for unrelated marketing.

What we collect

When you submit a form we store the name, email, and optional phone or WhatsApp number you provide, along with any budget, goal, timeline, or message you choose to share and the page you sent it from. We also keep one-way hashed versions of your IP address and email address to limit repeated spam submissions. The hashes are not intended to reveal the original values.

How we use and share it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry. If you request a shortlist, current project prices, or an introduction, we may share the relevant contact details and enquiry information with selected developers or agencies so they can respond. Those businesses process the information under their own privacy responsibilities. BatumiRealEstate.info may receive a referral or lead fee from an introduction, as explained in our commercial disclosure.

We do not publish your details, add you to unrelated marketing lists, or provide contact lists to unrelated third parties. The consent wording shown beside each form records what you agreed to at the time of submission.

How long we keep enquiries

Stored enquiry records are normally deleted after 365 days. We may delete them sooner when they are no longer needed, or retain a limited record longer where reasonably required for a legal dispute, fraud prevention, or accounting obligation.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, which pages help visitors. It runs in consent mode: no analytics cookies are stored until you accept them on the banner, and if you decline, none are set. You can change your choice any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. We do not send form contents to analytics and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to provide, correct, or delete the details we hold about you. Email info@batumirealestate.info from the same address used in the enquiry so we can locate the record. This note may be updated as the site grows; the date below reflects the current version.
