Privacy note

Short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it only to answer your enquiry and (if you ask us to) match you with a developer or agency, and we never sell your details.

What we collect

When you submit a form we store the name, email, and optional phone/WhatsApp number you provide, along with any budget, goal, or timeline you choose to share and the page you sent it from. We also keep a one-way hashed record of your IP address purely to limit spam. We do not collect anything you don’t type in.

How we use it

Your details are used to reply to you and, where you’ve asked for a shortlist or an introduction, to connect you with a relevant developer or agency. We may contact you about your enquiry. We do not add you to unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, which pages help visitors. It runs in consent mode: no analytics cookies are stored until you accept them on the banner, and if you decline, none are set. You can change your choice any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer. We never record your form contents, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete the details we hold about you. Just email info@batumirealestate.info and we’ll action it. This note may be updated as the site grows; the date below reflects the current version.
